Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

What the chart shows
Two maps — "Norbiton industrial area now" and "Planned future development". The current site contains a factory beside farmland, a river and the town. The plan replaces the factory with housing, a medical centre, a playground, a school and shops, while keeping the river and some farmland.
