Now listen carefully and answer questions 1 to 5. WOMAN: Good morning, Swift Movers, how can I help? MAN: Hello, I'm moving house next month and I'd like a quote, please. WOMAN: Of course. Let me take some details. Can I start with your name? MAN: Yes, it's Daniel Ashworth. Ashworth is A-S-H-W-O-R-T-H. WOMAN: Ashworth, lovely. And where are you moving from? MAN: From forty-two Kingsley Avenue. That's the flat I'm in now. WOMAN: Forty-two Kingsley Avenue. Is that a house or a flat, and which floor? MAN: It's a flat, on the second floor, and that's the problem, there's no lift. WOMAN: No lift, I'll make a note, that affects the time. And where are you moving to? MAN: A house on the other side of town, in Netherby. It's about six miles away. WOMAN: Right. And do you have a date in mind? MAN: We were hoping for Saturday the twelfth, but the sale's been slow, so it's now the nineteenth. Before you hear the rest of the conversation, you have some time to look at questions 6 to 10. WOMAN: The nineteenth, a Saturday, that's actually one of our busier days, so I'd book early. Now, how big is the property, roughly? Studio, one-bed, two-bed? MAN: It's a two-bedroom flat, but fairly full, I've a lot of books. WOMAN: Books are heavy, good to know. For a two-bed we'd normally send a team of three, but with the stairs and no lift I'd recommend four, it'll be quicker and cost you less in the end. MAN: Let's do four, then. And do you do the packing, or just the moving? WOMAN: Both. Moving only is our basic service, but we also offer a full packing service where we box everything up the day before, that's the option most people with a lot of books choose. MAN: Yes, add the packing, definitely. What about a rough cost? WOMAN: For a two-bed local move with four movers and packing, you're looking at around six hundred pounds, but I can only confirm that once our surveyor's done a quick video call to see the rooms.
